Independent attendance at the point that matters
Capture cargo condition at vessel discharge, delivery, warehouse receipt or unpacking — the point where transport damage is often first discovered.
The survey scope should be agreed in advance so the attendance focuses on the operational or claims question that needs to be answered. Where specialist engineering, class, statutory or laboratory input is required, that should be arranged separately from the field survey.
